You've planned your dream wedding - let us coordinate your day so you can relax, and leave the details to us. Choose the coverage you need: 5 hours, 7 hours, or 10 hours. This service includes:

• Complimentary Initial Consultation
• Unlimited consultation via telephone and email
• Final two hour detailing appointment during the month of the wedding
• Confirmation and coordination of all vendor details, contracts and scheduling the week before the wedding
• Wedding Day Timeline and Itinerary
• In conjunction with your maitre-d and bridal attendant, supervision and coordination of processional and recessional, photo sessions, introductions, reception timeline, and DJ/MC playlist
• Distribution of final balance and gratuities to vendors on your behalf
• Ensure proper placement of place cards, photographs, menu cards, unity candle, programs, petals, guest book, and favors
• Site inspection and set-up confirmation of ceremony and reception locations

Mezzi di Nozze Month of Planning

You've done an amazing job planning your wedding so far, but it's all starting to feel a little overwhelming. As the wedding date gets closer, let me help iron out all of the details and logistics, as well as help you cross off items from your to-do list. This service includes:

• Two personalized face to face consultation meetings (this can be used for budget adjustments, accompaniment to final fittings, accompaniment to vendor appointments, final walk through of reception location, etc.)
• Assistance with selection of all remaining vendors, review vendor contracts, final vendor confirmations and Itinerary/Timeline review
• Assistance with any last minute projects such as seating assignments, place cards, programs, etc.
• Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal

You can pick from one of our five signature suites, or we will meet with you one on one, get to know you and your preferences, and offer a custom made design.
