- Complimentary Initial Consultation
- Unlimited consultation via telephone and email
- Final detailing appointment during the month of the wedding
- Confirmation and coordination of all vendor details, contracts and scheduling the week before the wedding
- Wedding Day Timeline and Itinerary
- In conjunction with your maitre-d and bridal attendant, supervision and coordination of processional and recessional, photo sessions, bridal party introductions, reception timeline, and DJ/MC playlist
- Distribution of final balance and gratuities to vendors on your behalf
- Ensure proper placement of place cards, photographs, menu cards, unity candle, programs, petals, guest book, and favors
- Site inspection and set-up confirmation of ceremony and reception locations
- Wedding Day “Kit of Essentials”
- We will be there by your side ready to troubleshoot any emergencies or unexpected occurrences!
Mezzi di Nozze Partial Wedding Planning
- In addition to our Full Day of Coordination 'Giorno Perfetto' package, two personalized face to face consultation meetings (this can be used for budget development, accompaniment to bride’s dress selection/fittings, accompaniment to vendor appointments, etc.)
- Etiquette advisement
- Provide and review Monthly Timeline and Checklist
- Budget development and analysis
- Assistance with selection of all remaining vendors, review vendor contracts, final vendor confirmations and Itinerary/Timeline review

- In addition to everything listed in our 'Giorno Perfetto' AND 'Mezzi di Nozze' packages, four personalized face to face consultation meetings (these can be used for budget development, accompaniment to bride’s dress selection/fittings, accompaniment to vendor appointments, etc.)
- Wedding attire recommendations
- Assistance with selection of “save the dates”, invitations, calligrapher, place cards, and all other event related paper coordinates
- Assistance with selection of ceremony and reception venues
- Assistance with selection of all vendors, arrange all vendor appointments, review and negotiate vendor contracts and arrangements, final vendor confirmations and Itinerary/Timeline review
- Assistance with menu selection and all personal touches/additions
- Assistance with Guest List and RSVP tracking, including the Seating Chart
- Assistance with selection of hotel accommodations for you and your guests
- Assistance with all transportation needs and arrangements
- Assistance with Rehearsal Dinner venue selection, includes rehearsal coordination and instruction
